Level up faster and get those amazing rewards such as hero, trap, survivor and weapon superchargers when you reach certain levels. These are one-time rewards that you cannot get again if you miss them during the current season. Please note this is a mission carry, not an account carry, so you might need multiple missions to get to your desired power level in ventures.
